In the spirit of giving, we would like to share with you one of our favorite CSR events! This was a chance for our clients to share their gratitude and give back to the community.
We curated a team building event exclusively tailored to the client whose mission was to “Feed 10 Million.” They are a global company, very aware of food scarcities around the world. We had almost 500 participants build and decorate custom “shopping carts” with their teams.
Once completed teams had the opportunity to “win” food to place in their carts. In the end, we were able to donate, on behalf of our client, 3,000 pounds of food!
All of this (including the handcarts) were donated to One Heart for Women and Children. Who knew when this donation was made in late January how much the world would have changed in 6 weeks, and how desperately all these supplies would be needed?
Oh, and did we mention that in the middle of our team building, a flash mob took over the stage? It was an AMAZING and memorable day to be sure! Check out the video here.

We like to show our clients gratitude by curating customized thank you gifts (when possible) that are special to their team. During this program, we arranged a teambuilding cooking class for the planning team. We surprised them after the fact with personalized cookbooks (with pictures from the event) that we gifted to them afterward.
This was part of the program that helped us earn 2019 Clients Choice for "Best Overall Hosts Program." 🙌
